Paul Roberts
Founder / President
Coach Paul has lived and breathed baseball his entire life. Growing up around the game, he developed a passion that carried him through years of playing at a high level. He attended West Virginia University, where he completed at the collegiate level, before going on to play semi-pro with the Cincinnati Reds Organization.
Now, Coach Paul is dedicated to giving back... sharing his knowledge, experience, and love for the game with the next generation. His goal is to help young athletes develop their skills, grow their confidence, and reach their full potential both on and off the field.

Chad Brittingham
Co-Founder / Vice President
Coach Chad has loved the game of baseball for as long as he can remember. Growing up around the sport, he's played it his whole life and now he pours that passion into coaching.
The kids see him as more than a coach... he's the one they turn to when they're struggling, a leader they look up to, and often a true "father figure" on and off the field. Known for his ability to uplift, encourage, and joke around, Coach Chad creates an environment where players feel supported and motivated.
But when it's time to step between the lines, it's all business. That's why the players call him "Drill Sergeant" coach who pushes them hard, but always with their growth and success in mind.

Coach Buddy has been around baseball his entire life and still stays active by playing softball today. On the field, he's all about hard work and pushing players to reach their full potential. If a player is struggling, Coach Buddy is the one who will stay with them until they feel confident and capable.
He always has his team's back..instilling in his players the importance of giving their best effort every single day. Coach Buddy keeps his athletes grounded, making sure they remain humble yet confident both on and off the field.
Highly competitive and passionate about winning, he also teaches that baseball is more than just stats... it's about the love of the game and the brotherhood that comes with it.
