Baseball Development Program
The Baseball Development & Mentorship Program uses the game of baseball as a tool to teach discipline, teamwork, leadership, and personal growth. Our goal is to provide every athlete—regardless of background or income—access to quality coaching, safe facilities, and positive mentorship both on and off the field.

Mentorship & Leadership Program
The Mentorship & Leadership Program is designed to guide youth and young adults toward success both on and off the field. Our mission is to help participants build confidence, character, and leadership skills through consistent mentorship, community engagement, and real-world learning experiences.
We believe that every young person deserves access to positive role models, structured support, and opportunities to lead - regardless of background or income level.

Eshore Prime Elite / East Coast Impact Elite is committed to strengthening our local community through sports, mentorship, and family-friendly events that bring people together. Beyond baseball, we create opportunities for youth and families to connect, learn, and grow in a positive environment.
Our organization regularly hosts community events such as car and truck shows, fall festivals, trunk-or-treats, raffles, youth activities, and family celebrations. These events not only help us raise support for our athletes, but also provide safe, welcoming spaces for children and families on the Eastern Shore.
Many youth in our area need access to positive outlets, mentorship, and structured activities. By offering programs and events that engage the community, we help keep kids active, motivated, and on the right path. Our outreach strengthens families, builds relationships, and creates lasting impact in our towns.
